Investment Associate - APAC Private Credit & Structured Finance
Roles:
Conduct due diligence, financial analysis, execution, and ongoing monitoring of private credit and structured finance investments across APAC, including co-investments, secondary transactions, portfolio acquisitions, and fund investments. Support investment decision-making through credit risk assessment, financial modelling, investment evaluation, and preparation of investment recommendations.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in investment-related roles at a fund, bank, or financial institution, Consulting Firm
Strong financial modelling, quantitative, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in private credit, project finance, real asset investments, or credit research preferred
CFA or CAIA qualification is a plus
Experience in investment due diligence is advantageous
Exposure to data centres, digital infrastructure, or other alternative real estate sectors is a plus
India-related financing or investment experience is preferred
Salary: Monthly S$7-8K per month + Discretionary Bonus
