Investment Application Team Senior Manager

This role acts as the primary platform owner and SME for Aladdin, overseeing L3 support, ensuring business engagement across local business units (LBUs), and managing the change and automation roadmap. It also supports testing and rollout of Aladdin enhancements and coordinates with cross-functional teams.

Key Accountabilities:

. Act as the main technology contact for business stakeholders across Trading, Risk, and Operations

. Engage and support users across the ESI Group and Prudential Group on all matters related to the investment platform

. Manage L3 support with oversight of L1/L2 service delivery teams

. Own the Aladdin backlog, prioritize enhancements, and drive platform stability

. Drive automation and continuous improvement opportunities

. Engage with BRS (BlackRock) and internal partners to manage product roadmap

. Collaborate with the Application Strategy & Data Integration team on cross-platform integration

. Conduct periodic usage reviews and generate insights

. Support testing and rollout of Aladdin enhancements

. Coordinate with Transitions, Dealing, and Operations teams

. Monitor platform performance and usage metrics to inform optimization strategies.

. Provide leadership in incident management and root cause analysis for platform-related issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field

. A minimum of 10+ years of experience with investment platforms (Aladdin, Charles River, etc.)

. Hands-on experience in supporting front-to-back workflows in investment management

. Familiarity with L1-L3 service models and vendor coordination

. Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills
