We are looking for an Investment and Asset management Director / Manager to manage the investment and growth of our Company's surplus funds.
The job responsibilities are as follows:
- To source for investment opportunities in equities and / or real estates in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, China and Europe
- Monthly Presentation of investment opportunities to the board of shareholders to secure approval for the investment
- To invest and build up a portfolio of investments with positive yield and cashflow, given a certain fund size
- Active asset management of the portfolio so as to optimize the returns of the investment portfolio
- -Quarterly reporting of the financial performance of portfolio, with comparison to the cashflow presented for investment approval and annual budget
The requirements for the position are as follows:
- At least 5 years of experience in Market Research and Analysis on Investments Opportunities and Market trends
- Experience in Financial Modeling of Investments and returns cashflows
- Working knowledge on the use of financial leverage for optimization of financial returns
- Good knowledge in the various financial parameters such as IRR, Yield, Equity Multiple etc
- Track Record in sourcing for and securing investment opportunities in equities and / or real estates in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, China and Europe
- Proven Track record in building up and / or managing an investment portfolio of positive cashflow
