We are currently working with an investment management company with a strong track record of investments across Asia. They are seeking a motivated and analytical Investment Analyst with a passion for corporate finance, valuation, structuring, and execution to join their team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct equity research and perform financial analysis on investment opportunities.
- Evaluate private, public, and special situations investments across Asia.
- Assist in deal execution, including due diligence, financial modelling, and transaction structuring.
- Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and internal reports.
- Support project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor market conditions and contribute to ongoing investment strategy development.
Requirements
- At least 1 - 6 years of experience in financial markets (e.g., corporate finance, M&A, corporate development, private equity, equity research, or related fields).
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Bahasa is an advantage.
- A collaborative team player with strong multitasking abilities and the capability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
