Investment Analyst, Private Equity (Singapore) (CLOSED)

Our client is a leading Private Equity firm and currently they are looking for an Investment Analyst to join the firm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and actively manage the deal process, ensuring all deliverables are met, such as investment memoranda, financial models, transaction documents, and quarterly and annual reports.
• Conduct various analyses to inform investment decisions.
• Provide support during the due diligence process, which includes financial analysis, market and industry research, management assessments, and legal reviews.
• Prepare and present investment proposals to the Investment Committee.
• Assist in managing portfolio companies, contributing to operational improvements, and preparing monthly and quarterly reports.
• Aid in efforts to successfully exit investments from portfolio companies.
• Help source and develop the investment pipeline.
• Review and analyze financial reports and updates for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Write quarterly reports and other investment documents as required.

Key Requirements

• At least 3 years of investment experience in private equity/investment banking/venture capital firms/private debt
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
