Our client is a leading Private Equity firm and currently they are looking for an Investment Analyst to join the firm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and actively manage the deal process, ensuring all deliverables are met, such as investment memoranda, financial models, transaction documents, and quarterly and annual reports.
- Conduct various analyses to inform investment decisions.
- Provide support during the due diligence process, which includes financial analysis, market and industry research, management assessments, and legal reviews.
- Prepare and present investment proposals to the Investment Committee.
- Assist in managing portfolio companies, contributing to operational improvements, and preparing monthly and quarterly reports.
- Aid in efforts to successfully exit investments from portfolio companies.
- Help source and develop the investment pipeline.
- Review and analyze financial reports and updates for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Write quarterly reports and other investment documents as required.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of investment experience in private equity/investment banking/venture capital firms/private debt
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Strong communicator
