Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented analyst to join our Investment Team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the investment research and fund selection process while providing valuable experience in supporting daily operations, data management, and client deliverables.
Location: City Hall, Bugis
Working Hours: 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays, from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse investment data to prepare performance summaries that support due diligence and investment decision-making
- Conduct preliminary research on funds, managers, and market trends to inform the team's investment strategies
- Review and evaluate investment materials including fund presentations, investment memorandums, and performance reports to identify key insights
- Prepare and maintain accurate internal documentation such as meeting minutes, investment notes, and summaries to ensure effective knowledge sharing
- Update and maintain the investment database to ensure data accuracy and accessibility for the team
- Develop presentation materials and client deliverables that clearly communicate investment insights and support internal discussions
- Attend internal and external meetings to observe discussions and coordinate follow-up actions that advance team objectives
- Provide administrative and operational support to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of the investment team
Required competencies and certifications
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated through proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to manipulate data and create impactful presentations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain data integrity
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey complex information and collaborate with team members
- Proactive and reliable work approach with eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced investment environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any major, supporting a broad analytical foundation and adaptability to diverse investment topics
