Job Summary

This full-time on-site role, based in Singapore, offers an opportunity to contribute to Grandway's investment strategy and execution. As an Investment Analyst / Associate Intern, you will support the evaluation and selection of investment opportunities, assist in financial modeling and analytics, and conduct thorough market and industry research. You will work closely with the investment committee and contribute to portfolio management initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of asset classes and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate investment opportunities to support strategic decision-making and portfolio growth
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to forecast investment performance and assess risk-return profiles
  • Conduct comprehensive market and industry research to identify trends and inform investment strategies
  • Collaborate with the investment committee to prepare materials and insights for governance and approval processes
  • Assist in portfolio management activities by monitoring asset performance and liquidity planning
  • Apply disciplined due diligence practices to ensure investment quality and alignment with long-term capital preservation goals
  • Utilize MS Excel and financial modeling software to enhance data analysis and reporting accuracy
  • Communicate investment findings and recommendations effectively through written reports and verbal presentations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Academic or professional background in Finance and Financial Modeling
  • Keen interest in multi-asset investment strategies and alternative investments
  • Strong strategic mindset with exceptional analytical skills
