Investment Analyst, Family Office

Responsibilities

• Support deal sourcing, financial modelling and investment research;
• Assist in monitoring portfolio companies, including reporting and performance tracking;
• Conduct market and industry research;
• Prepare presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders; and
• Any other reasonable duties connected with the Company's investment management activities.

Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in investment banking (M&A/LevFin) or private equity investing with transaction execution exposure
• Strong financial modelling (LBO/M&A), accounting and cash-flow grounding; excellent written materials for investment decision making
• Comfortable operating with unstructured deals and data gaps; able to document assumptions and validate with proxies
• High attention to detail, sound commercial judgement, clear communication
• Already eligible to work in Singapore; able to start on short notice

Preferred exposure

• Sectors: industrial leasing, fitness and wellness, education, B2B services
• Situations: succession, industry roll-ups, debt restructuring
• Lower/mid-market PE experience in Singapore or Southeast Asia
• Fluent in 1 or more Southeast Asian languages
