Investment Analyst - Contract position

Job Description:

• Provide support to the investments team in executing portfolio allocation strategies and in-depth research on specific sectors.
• Work with Head of Investment to build and manage private investment portfolios
• Prepare presentation materials related to investment recommendations, portfolio updates, and other thematic discussion topics
• Participate in monitoring of portfolio risk and adopting a robust framework to mitigate factor risks within sub strategies
• Ad-hoc analysis to support thematic investment view

Requirements:

• A degree in Banking, Finance or Accountancy, preferably post-graduate/ Masters level.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience, fresh graduate welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Results-oriented, driven & a team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of VBA and programming skills. Exposure to Python will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in data mining and alternative data application.
