Director Investigations & Due Diligence | Singapore

We're partnering with a globally recognised investigations and intelligence advisory firm to appoint a Director to lead and grow its Singapore practice.

This firm has built an outstanding international reputation over two decades, delivering high-quality investigative due diligence, transaction support and dispute intelligence to leading law firms, financial institutions and corporates worldwide. With a substantial global footprint and a truly international case load, the organisation conducts thousands of investigations annually across more than 100 jurisdictions.

The Director will:

• Lead complex, multi-jurisdictional due diligence and investigative engagements
• Advise clients on risk in high-stakes M&A transactions, joint ventures and disputes
• Present findings directly to C-suite and senior stakeholders
• Drive business development and expand the Singapore and regional practice
• Mentor and develop high-performing investigative team

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience leading complex investigations and due diligence engagements
• Strong exposure to legal, regulatory and financial investigations
• Demonstrable experience managing senior client relationships
• Proven business development and revenue growth capability
• Confidence presenting to executive-level audiences
• Deep understanding of investigative ethics and governance frameworks
• Experience using BD platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Singaporean citizenship is required due to licensing requirements.

Fluency in English is essential; additional Southeast Asian language capability (including Mandarin) is highly advantageous.
