Job Description

  • Oversee and maintain accurate warehouse inventory records, ensuring that all inventory movements and transactions are properly recorded in the inventory management system.

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and issuing of goods, while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Monitor inventory levels and replenishment requirements to maintain optimal stock availability, preventing shortages, overstocking, and excess inventory.

  • Conduct regular cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory reconciliations. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and stock variances in a timely manner.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse by implementing proper storage practices, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations and housekeeping standards.

  • Ensure that all equipment, tools, materials, and company assets are properly stored, safeguarded, maintained, and accounted for.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and inventory control.

  • Prepare inventory reports, including stock movements, asset issuance, transfers, adjustments, variances, and other management reports to support operational planning and business decision-making.

  • Support internal and external inventory audits by maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring warehouse operating costs, and recommending cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to plan and schedule deliveries and collections, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods, materials, and equipment.

  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Warehouse Management, or a related discipline.

  • Relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain management is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in warehouse and inventory management are encouraged to apply.

  • Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, and inventory management systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Experience with an Inventory Management System (IMS) or Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be an added advantage.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • A proactive, hands-on, and responsible individual with a positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Passionate about warehouse operations and inventory management, highly organized and dependable, enjoys solving operational challenges, works effectively both independently and as part of a team, and is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with the company.
