Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Inventory Lead to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end inventory operations. If you enjoy building structure, improving processes, and ensuring operational efficiency, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily inventory operations including stock management, tracking, and reconciliation
• Ensure inventory accuracy across warehouses and deployment channels
• Monitor stock levels and plan replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock
• Work closely with procurement, operations, and deployment teams
• Drive process improvements and implement inventory control best practices
• Manage audits, reporting, and inventory performance metrics

Requirements

• Experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process control
• Experience in managing stock movement, reconciliation, and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
• Prior leadership or team management experience is a plus
