JOB SUMMARY:
- Ensuring the accuracy and adequacy of maintenance spare parts inventory.
- Responsible for setting up the spare parts in the technical warehouse, by registering spare parts data into the SAP system and ensuring inventories are accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registration of spare parts data into SAP system
- Manage spare parts inventory levels, stock optimization, and replenishment to minimize downtime
- Maintain accuracy of inventory management systems, including data entry and record keeping
- Conduct regular cycle counts, physical audits, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies
- Ensure all inventory activities comply with GMP/GDP standards and internal SOPs
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. maintenance, warehouse, or data entry).
- Ability to manage large volumes of data with precision.
- Proficiency in data management systems and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Word.
- Ability to learn new systems or processes quickly and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance processes, or industry standards
- Prior experience in maintenance-related functions
