As the Inventory Planning & Fulfilment Executive, you will be responsible for optimising our inventory management and distribution processes to ensure efficient fulfilment of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse sales data and inventory levels to forecast demand and plan optimal inventory levels
- Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement in inventory management and fulfilment
- Implement inventory control procedures and systems to minimise stock-outs and overstocking
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to maintain consistent product availability
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory, fulfilment metrics and process improvements
- Provide support and training to warehouse and distribution teams on inventory management best practices
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in inventory planning, forecasting, or fulfilment operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and modelling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of manufacturing, transport and logistics industry best practices
