Inventory Officer (No Experience Needed)

Job Description

• Accurately input and update inventory transactions across 3 systems (including K3 and other designated platforms).
• Perform daily stock checks and reconcile faulty part tallies in all relevant systems.
• Process exchange items (DOA/DAP) promptly and ensure records are synchronized across systems.
• Issue parts efficiently with attention to accuracy and speed, logging in all required platforms.
• Conduct regular stock takes and adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy across all systems
• Adhere to monthly faulty part sorting and pending collection updates across all platforms.

Requirement

• Able to travel between outlets (Westgate/ Cathay/ Eastpoint) as needed for inventory support, part issuance, and system updates
• Able to handle and transport heavy cartons as required up to 15KG for stock movement and orders.
• No experience is required as training will be provided
• Able to work 5.5 days (11am to 8:30pm)
