Job Description

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Demand Planning & Forecasting

  • Develop and manage demand forecasts in coordination with the Operations teams
  • Monitor sales trends, market insights, and inventory levels to propose accurate demand plans.
  • Maintain demand planning systems and documentation.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and stock movement to avoid overstocking and stockouts.
  • Ensure inventory records are updated and accurate.
  • Work closely with the warehouse and procurement teams to manage replenishment.
  • Responsible for picking and packing merchandise from the office warehouse for timely delivery to stores as part of stock replenishment.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors for purchase orders, delivery schedules, and product availability.
  • Manage documentation and communications related to inbound shipments.

Supplier & Vendor Coordination

  • Prepare regular reports on demand vs. actual sales, inventory turnover, supplier performance, and logistics KPIs.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements for better operational performance.

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Generate regular reports on inventory status, forecast accuracy, and order fulfilment performance.
  • Identify supply chain risks and suggest mitigation plans.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and report preparation.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
