KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Develop and manage demand forecasts in coordination with the Operations teams
- Monitor sales trends, market insights, and inventory levels to propose accurate demand plans.
- Maintain demand planning systems and documentation.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movement to avoid overstocking and stockouts.
- Ensure inventory records are updated and accurate.
- Work closely with the warehouse and procurement teams to manage replenishment.
- Responsible for picking and packing merchandise from the office warehouse for timely delivery to stores as part of stock replenishment.
Order Processing & Fulfilment
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for purchase orders, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Manage documentation and communications related to inbound shipments.
Supplier & Vendor Coordination
- Prepare regular reports on demand vs. actual sales, inventory turnover, supplier performance, and logistics KPIs.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements for better operational performance.
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Generate regular reports on inventory status, forecast accuracy, and order fulfilment performance.
- Identify supply chain risks and suggest mitigation plans.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and report preparation.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
