Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions within the Sage system
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system data
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and stock variances
- Monitor inventory aging and identify slow-moving or obsolete materials for reporting and action
- Track stock levels to ensure material availability for production and customer fulfillment
- Support material planning activities including safety stock review, Manufacturing Orders (MO), and replenishment planning
- Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory movements to ensure timely and accurate system updates
- Ensure proper stock handling practices, including adherence to FIFO requirements
- Plan and execute cycle counts and annual stock take exercises with variance analysis reporting
- Support internal and external audits by preparing inventory documentation and providing necessary explanations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Familiar with inventory management principles such as FIFO, stock accuracy, and inventory movement control
- Experience in using inventory management systems, ERP, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
