Inventory Executive (Exp in inventory control principles / FIFO / North)

Responsibilities: -

1. Ensure accurate maintenance of inventory records in the Sage system

2. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations between physical stock and system data

3. Identify, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and variances

4. Review and report on inventory aging, slow-moving, and obsolete items

5. Oversee stock levels to meet production requirements and customer demand

6. Assist in MRP processes, including safety stock evaluation, MO review, EOQ calculation, and replenishment planning

7. Monitor material movements (inbound and outbound) to ensure accurate and timely system updates

8. Implement and maintain FIFO practices where required

9. Organize and carry out cycle counts and annual stock take exercises

10. Generate variance reports and recommend corrective actions

11. Provide inventory documentation and explanations for internal and external audits

12. Compile inventory and stock movement reports

13. Ensure materials are properly stored, labeled, and handled in compliance with SOPs

14. Support receiving, issuing, and return of goods processes

15. Maintain systematic and accurate filing of inventory records and supporting documents

16. Coordinate timely replenishment of finished goods when stock falls below minimum levels and ensure on-time delivery

Requirements: -

1. Min 2yrs exp of inventory, warehouse and logistics exp

2. Knowledge of inventory control principles (e.g. FIFO, stock accuracy, stock movement)

3. Good Team Player

4. Experience in WMS / SAP or Excel
