This 6 months internship offers a unique opportunity for you to gain insight into the biologics industry and prepare you for your future career. You'll work on assignments, gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills, and learn from industry experts. You will be able to learn, develop and take on the roles and responsibilities of a QC Micro scientist working in a GMP QC laboratory and/or performing sampling in the cleanrooms.
Internship Responsibilities
(1) Learn the usage, calibration, and preventive maintenance of Quality Control (QC) laboratory instruments.
(2) Acquire basic knowledge related to instrument qualification and release processes.
(3) Gain exposure to QC systems, including Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and electronic laboratory notebooks.
(4) Prepare and deliver knowledge‑sharing presentations (e.g. PowerPoint) on complex analytical instruments such as HPLC, CE, or TOC Analyzers, or on laboratory electronic systems from a lab user perspective.
(5) Prepare and deliver knowledge‑sharing presentations (e.g. PowerPoint) on basic instruments such as pH meters and conductivity meters, and/or develop training materials covering laboratory user roles (e.g. analyst, sample receiver, sample management) and workflow.
(6) Assist in the qualification and release of at least one QC instrument.

(2) Monday-Friday Office Hours, 8am-5pm
(3) Location : Tuas Biomedical Park, shuttle bus provided
(4) Diploma / Degree students in Science, Pharmaceutical engineering or any related major are welcome
