What will you do Assist Process Chemist to introduce new chemistry from R&D into the Pilot Plant Producing drug substances for use in clinical, toxicology and safety trials Gain scale up experience and understand the pilot plant operation Evaluating the safety and operability of a process before introducing to the Pilot Plant What will you learn To learn the Pilot Plant operation To support Process Chemist to introduce Process into Pilot Plant To prepare Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation for the scale up process and plant decon operation To support in-process testing such as High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), Karl Fischer (KF), Gas Chromatography (GC), Loss-on-Drying (LOD) To carry out Lab experiment for process improvement or sustainability work What are we looking for A lively interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing, the commercial world and the biopharma industry Appetite to work as a business partner, building strong relationships with key stakeholders Adaptability to change and working under pressure Excellent communication skills that help you influence Strong problem-solving skills driven by curiosity Drive and confidence to trust your own judgment Great project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks What do we offer you Understand and experience the GSK Culture Work with a diversified team of professionals Implement technical knowledge and skills that you have acquired at school Apply and develop soft skills such as interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills Transport to and from site to MRT stations in centralised locations all across Singapore Let's do this!
