- Conduct literature review of specific domain of polymers used in electronic packaging
- Plan & conduct DOE
- Identify & investigate different influential factors in experiments setup
- Materials characterization & evaluation
- Explore AI application in material development
- Make technical presentations to local & global teams

Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- On track to attain Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Computer engineering/ Electrical & Electronic / Material Science / Chemical Engineering
- Familiar with basic software skills, e.g. Matlab & Python
- Passionate about innovation
- Team player
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Preferred Internship Period: Jun 26 - Dec 26
