Internship - Market & Sales Analytics Intern, APAC

Location:Olam Cocoa Pte Ltd, 342 Jalan Boon Lay, Singapore 619527

Work arrangement: 5 days working in office, 8.30 - 5.30pm

Period: ASAP, Full Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Market and Sales Analytics initiatives across the APAC region. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a process-oriented mindset, and an interest in international trade and commodity markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Mapping & Analysis

  • Analyze import/export data to map the liquor, butter, and powder markets across 28 APAC countries.
  • Assess wallet share using internal datasets and external research inputs.
  • Collaborate with a global research team to integrate insights and standardize reporting formats.
  • Develop and document a repeatable process for regular market reporting.

Sales & Margin Reporting

  • Support daily sales reporting for liquor, butter, and powder categories.
  • Align reporting formats with gross margin targets and business KPIs.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in daily updates.
  • Recommend improvements to streamline reporting processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage large datasets with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • A proactive, process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to commit to 6 months full time internship without visa sponsorship
