What will you do You will be involved in: Partnering with Senior EBR Designers and Process Specialists to translate shop-floor batch processes into electronic Process Instructions. Supporting the configuration, building, and testing of electronic batch records in the MES sandbox. Working with Automation, Production, QA, and IT teams to verify data flows across DeltaV, OSI PI, SAP, and MES. Supporting protocol execution, documentation, qualification, and validation activities. Contributing to site digitalization pilots and continuous improvement initiatives. Helping identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve digital manufacturing workflows. Supporting other relevant tasks and projects assigned by the Innovation and Digitalization team. What will you learn You will have opportunities to learn the following: Fundamentals of regulated biopharma manufacturing workflows and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) documentation. How paper-based batch records are converted into electronic batch records. Best-practice EBR design methodology and MES configuration standards. How MES connects with automation, historian, and enterprise systems such as DeltaV, OSI PI, SAP, and QA systems. Practical application of the GAMP 5 validation lifecycle, from requirements through qualification. How digital systems support data integrity, audit readiness, and manufacturing efficiency. How cross-functional teams work together across Production, QA, Automation, IT, and Digitalization. How digital transformation is delivered in a live GMP manufacturing environment. What are we looking for Genuine interest in digitalization, industrial automation, data, and the biopharma mission. A logical and structured mindset, with the ability to break down complex shop-floor processes. Curiosity to understand how manufacturing, quality, automation, and digital systems connect. Familiarity with programming, data tools, automation systems, or control-system concepts would be a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly. Good attention to detail, especially when working with GMP documentation and system testing. A proactive and adaptable attitude, with willingness to learn in a fast-moving project environment. Team spirit, ownership mindset, and confidence to follow through on assigned deliverables.
