Internship: Global Markets, Equities, Trading

What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategy Exposure: gain exposure to various strategies used by the Equities Trading Desk to generate P&L

• Desk Exposure: gain a holistic understanding of the Global Treasury by working with other desks (e.g. sales, trading, management support units)

• BAU Process Assistance: learn and assist in various BAU processes of the Equities Trading Desk

• Process Enhancement: work on enhancing and automating daily BAU processes

• Model Automation: automate financial models and research reports to improve efficiency and accuracy

• Trading Strategy Development: design viable trading strategies to support business growth

• Data Visualization: work on data visualization projects to assist in making trading decisions

Who you are

• Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, finance)

• Proficient in Visual Basic Application and Python, with knowledge of C#, statistics, and data analysis an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
