Overview
As part of the customer success team, the candidate will play a crucial role in developing the tools to enable and help in pushing for efficiency and capturing new customer/business.
The candidate will receive introductory training on Keysight boundary scan latest features, benefits, test technologies, and methodologies. Armed with this knowledge, the candidate will work with the customer success team to generate a BSDL (Boundary Scan Description Language) verification tool.
To excel in this role, the candidate must possess strong technical knowledge in electronics, enabling them to swiftly comprehend customers technical challenges and appreciate Keysight's innovative solutions. Their solid background in electronics will allow them to grasp the test technologies and methodologies we employ to enhance test coverage and engineering efficiency in the fast-paced electronics industry.
Responsibilities
- Understand the Boundary scan test methodology and the Keysight x1149 boundary scan analyzer.
- Learn the importance of the BSDL (Boundary scan description language) in the implementation of boundary scan test.
- Design and prototype a boundary scan tool (application or media-based solution) for BSDL verification on a target semiconductor device.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the solution engineers, R&D and customer success engineers
- Collect feedback from end users to improve usability and effectiveness.
- Document development progress and provide recommendations for scalability

Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, electronics/electrical engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with application development
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Learning Opportunities
- Gain hands-on experience with boundary scan test that are being use on a high node count PCBA manufacturing (i.e AI server board, netcom board etc..)
- Develop skills in building a real-world applications tool
