Job Description

Job Responsibility

Documentation & Filing

  • Organise, maintain, and update physical and digital filing systems to ensure records are accurate and easily retrievable.
  • Assist in scanning, archiving, and indexing company documents according to internal guidelines.
  • Ensure proper documentation control and version management.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and simple presentations.
  • Coordinate with different teams to collect information and documentation.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Support other departments (HR, Operations, Procurement, etc.) when required.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by management.
  • Support day-to-day operational activities.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • University Students / Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Additional language will be an advantage).
  • Computer literate and well versed in Google Suite & Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous.
