Internship for Corporate Communications

Established under the Energy Market Authority's initiative to centralise gas procurement, GasCo plays a vital role in safeguarding national energy security and supporting Singapore's economic continuity.

We are looking for interested interns to join our team in the Corporate Communications division.

Role Overview: The role will support the Corporate Communication team in Singapore Gasco. This internship provides meaningful, hands-on exposure to corporate communications and branding within the energy sector. You will work closely with the Communications team and collaborate with the HR & Corporate Services Director on key communication initiatives. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in corporate messaging, internal and external communications, and brand management, while building a strong professional portfolio.

Role Responsibilities:

Corporate Communications & Branding

• Develop presentations decks, newsletters, press releases, and announcements
• Manage social media content and website updates
• Conduct media monitoring and prepare industry news reports
• Support event communications and internal engagement materials
• Prepare stakeholder presentations and communication materials
• Coordinate cross-functional content across teams
• Maintain communication records and documentation

Role Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Media Studies, or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Skills in content creation, storytelling and slides design
• Familiarity with social media and digital communication tools
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva)
• Strong research and media monitoring Capabilities
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of brand consistency
• Available for a full-time (5-days/week) internship commitment
• Able to commit from July to December 2026
