The Backend Manufacturing Excellence team is focused on establishing frameworks and standardizing processes for all backend sites to optimize efficiency. As part of this mission, we are developing a standardized analytics tool that will enable data-driven decision-making across all backend sites. This tool will serve as a unified platform to monitor, analyze, and sustain operational excellence while ensuring scalability and consistency across the sites. The selected internsone Data Analyst and one Full Stack Developerwill actively contribute to building this solution and maintaining existing tools. Together, their work will play a pivotal role in transforming backend operations into a cohesive and efficient system, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Perform in-depth analysis of backend manufacturing data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytics reports to provide actionable insights for site performance improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and standard reporting metrics
- Support in refining and sustaining existing analytics tools, ensuring alignment with new implementations.

Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- On track to attain Bachelor in Engineering/ Computer related course with a research-oriented mindset
- A strong foundation in data analysis, with proficiency in spreadsheets, SQL, Python, R, or equivalent tools for handling datasets.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Analytical thinking and the ability to draw insights and recommendations from complex datasets
- A keen interest in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement
- Preferred Internship Period: Jun 26 - Dec 26
