Job Description
The internship will support the development of enterprise AI applications that leverage Generative AI and agentic workflows to improve business processes and user productivity. He/She will work with the engineering team to design, develop, and integrate AI-powered capabilities into enterprise platforms, while gaining hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, cloud development, and software engineering best practices.
Scope of Work:
The intern will work alongside the engineering team to:
- Design and develop AI agents for enterprise use cases.
- Build and enhance agentic workflows using modern AI orchestration frameworks.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval systems, and external tools into AI applications.
- Develop prototype applications and user interfaces to demonstrate AI capabilities.
- Assist in building proof-of-concepts for intelligent automation and decision support solutions.
- Perform software testing, debugging, and optimisation.
- Document technical designs and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Responsibilies:
- Develop AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
- Design and implement AI agent workflows for enterprise use cases.
- Integrate AI models, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Develop lightweight frontend interfaces and application features.
- Perform testing, debugging, and feature enhancements.
- Collaborate with software engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Deliverables:
- Design and develop at least one AI agent or AI-enabled application feature
- Implement and integrate APIs or AI services into an existing application
- Produce technical documentation
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in programming concepts, with proficiency in Python. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented programming, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS), databases, or version control (Git) is an added advantage.
- Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI agent frameworks is a plus, but not required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
