The student, as part of the Customer Logistics Management (CLM) team and under the guidance of an assigned supervisor, will learn about the various roles and responsibilities of a CLM and be involved in several projects related to automation, integration and enhancement of CLM operational tasks and reports.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Be trained to familiarize and automate CLM operational tasks and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Gain experience through hands-on utilisation of available tools & generate reports.
- Assist in CLM projects which revolve around digitalization.
- Work closely with CLMs and other stakeholders in a collaborative environment to achieve project success.
Internship Learning Outcomes:
- Understand the operational role of CLM within Supply Chain Management.
- Gain exposure to CLM systems, tools and reports.
- Develop digitalization skills via hands-on practice while contributing to CLM projects.
- Demonstrate the ability to work with different stakeholders in a team.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- On track to attain Bachelor in Engineering / Business / Computing / Data Science.
- Academic and practical exposure in Excel Macro, Tableau, Python or other programming languages is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills with prior experience in business & data analytics.
- A positive learning attitude and works well in a team.
