Core Responsibilities for Interns:
Art Handling & Installation
- Assist technicians in handling artworks of various sizes and mediums.
- Support in planning and executing installations at galleries, art fairs, and private venues.
- Learn proper techniques for packing, unpacking, and positioning artworks with precision and care
Inventory Cataloguing & Archiving
- Participate in the documentation of artworks including condition reports, provenance, and high-resolution imagery.
- Help digitize records for secure archiving and retrieval.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in managing collections
- Sales & Client Engagement (Fine Art Storage)
Support the sales team in promoting Crown's ISO-certified fine art storage solutions.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for galleries, collectors, and institutions.
- Engage with clients to understand their storage needs and provide tailored solutions
Administrative & Communication Support
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for exhibitions and transportation.
- Draft internal and external communications, including emails, reports, and updates.
- Liaise with customs and regulatory bodies for import/export documentation
