Enterprise Sharepoint / Intranet Setup
- Develop and structure an enterprise-level Sharepoint site (given OA is now Decommissioned) to serve as a central intranet platform, improving communication, accessibility of information, and user experience for employees
Process Mapping (Level 4–5) – Quick Wins
- Document as-is process flows for selected Level 4–5 processes, focusing on simpler, high-impact areas.
- Support the design of to-be processes in collaboration with stakeholders to drive efficiency, standardization, and scalability
Process Improvement Intake Mechanism
- Design and implement a structured request channel for employees to:
- Submit process improvement ideas
- Raise process-related issues or inefficiencies
- Track status and outcomes of submissions
Process Documentation & Repository
- Support the creation of a centralized, structured repository of process documentation to improve visibility, governance, and consistency across functions
Stakeholder Coordination & Workshop Support
- Assist in coordinating discussions, preparing materials, and capturing outputs from process workshops and working sessions
Job Requirements
- Preferred internship duration: 6 months
- Preferred discipline: Industrial / Systems / Process Engineering or Business Analytics with exposure to process / digital transformation
