The AI Engineer Intern will be part of technical team to support the exploration, prototyping, and implementation of GenAI solutions. The intern will work with engineers and product teams to apply large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies to real business and technology use cases.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Assist in developing and evaluating Generative AI solutions (e.g. LLM based applications, AI assistants)
- Support prompt engineering, experimentation, and model evaluation
- Contribute to data preparation and knowledge grounding (e.g. embeddings, retrieval augmented generation)
- Help prototype AI workflows and integrations into applications or tools
- Document experiments, findings, and technical designs
- Support AI architectural topics
Internship Learning Outcomes:
- Integrate knowledge and sharpen skills pertaining to the design and development of GenAI solutions in professional setting
- High level understanding of business processes in corporate and the enabling platform/technologies
- Practical experience of classroom theories, software development methodologies
- Hone people and presentation skills through interfacing with internal stakeholders
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Good understanding of Generative AI and machine learning concepts
- Hands-on experience in Python programming and deployment on Kubernetes / Openshift Platform
- Familiarity with LLMs and GenAI frameworks or tools
- Strong analytical thinking and curiosity for emerging AI technologies
- Highly motivated, structured and methodical with high degree of self-initiative
- Preferred Internship Period: Jun 26 - Dec 26
