International Trade Analyst II

About our group:

Seagate ITA (International Trade Administration) is responsible for operational implementation of, and ensuring adherence to, various international trade compliance programs that support Seagate's import/export activity. ITA review Seagate's product portfolio and ensures strategic goods are appropriately classified and controlled for export. ITA is responsible for the review and release of system orders and shipments, consistent with global trade regulations.

About the role - you will:

• Implement and take BOI/Customs related day-to-day routine jobs effectively.
• Participated in global trade compliance activities such as SPL screening and products classification such as ECCN and US HTS or product audit, etc.
• Coordinate with internal/external team on Customs and BOI new requirements and new process.
• Monitor ITA related systems on daily routine basis such as GTS, TBMS.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in trade compliance is preferred or another related field.
• Good communication skills in both THAI and English.
• Good interpersonal skills and the capacity to foster robust relationships with internal stakeholders and 3rd parties including Government authorities.
• Positive thinking and a good team player.

Your experience includes:

• Relevant working experience in BOI and Customs fields.
• Special Skills good to have: Familiar with Inbound and Outbound Customs clearance process and BOI reporting, Free Zone regulations and the Customs/BOI systems.
• Having strong knowledge of ERP system (SAP) and MS office, AI tools are preferred.
