Senior Manager or Director with deep technical expertise in
Pillar Two and BEPS to join our high-performing team.
As an International Tax Senior Manager/Director, you will be a key leader within our global tax practice, advising multinational clients on international tax planning, cross-border structuring, global minimum tax (Pillar Two), and international compliance requirements under OECD and local regulations. You will drive thought leadership, mentor a team of professionals, manage large-scale engagements, and collaborate closely with global offices to deliver seamless client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage international tax advisory engagements, including cross-border planning, tax structuring, and restructuring projects.
- Provide deep technical expertise on OECD Pillar Two (Global Minimum Tax), BEPS 1.0/2.0, and associated regulatory developments.
- Support clients with Pillar Two readiness assessments, impact modelling, compliance implementation, and ongoing advisory.
- Monitor global tax policy trends and proactively advise clients on emerging developments.
- Review and provide guidance on international tax computations, transfer pricing interactions, and cross-border tax implications.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
- Lead business development initiatives including proposals, thought leadership, and presentations.
- Mentor, train, and develop junior team members, ensuring high technical standards.
- Collaborate with global tax teams to deliver integrated solutions for multinational clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field; a Master's degree or professional qualification (CPA, CTA, CA, JD, LLM) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 812 years of relevant experience in international tax within a major accounting firm, law firm, or multinational corporation.
- Demonstrated expertise in Pillar Two, BEPS 2.0, and international tax policy developments.
- Strong technical knowledge of cross-border taxation, global tax structuring, and international tax compliance.
- Proven ability to manage complex client engagements and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an international, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
