Job Description
- Advise multinational clients on international tax planning, structuring, and compliance matters.
- Lead tax advisory projects related to cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including due diligence, structuring, and post-deal integration.
- Provide guidance on tax incentives, grants, and credits to optimise clients global tax positions and support investment strategies.
- Manage complex projects involving cross-border transactions, supply chain tax optimisation, and global expansion strategies.
- Interpret and apply international tax regulations, treaties, and transfer pricing principles.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify tax risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to clients.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and client service.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or related field
- At least 6 years of experience in international tax advisory within a professional services or consultancy environment
- Strong technical knowledge of international tax laws, OECD guidelines, and BEPS initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
