We are representing a global gaming company seeking an experienced International Tax Manager to support its international operations. This role will be responsible for managing cross-border tax matters, transfer pricing, and international tax compliance while partnering closely with finance, legal, and business teams to support growth across multiple jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate will have strong international tax technical skills, experience in digital or gaming-related businesses, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Manage international tax matters across multiple jurisdictions, including withholding tax, permanent establishment, and cross-border transactions.
Support tax-efficient structuring for global business operations, new market entry, and product launches.
Advise on tax implications relating to digital revenues, in-app purchases, licensing, and IP-related income.
Oversee transfer pricing policies and documentation in coordination with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
Support intercompany pricing for IP, services, royalties, and cost-sharing arrangements.
Assist with transfer pricing audits and tax authority inquiries.
Manage international tax compliance, including review of corporate income tax filings and indirect tax considerations.
Support tax provisioning and reporting under relevant accounting standards.
Monitor changes in international tax regulations (e.g. OECD BEPS, Pillar Two) and assess business impact.
Partner with Finance, Legal, Product, and Business teams to provide practical tax advice on commercial initiatives.
Manage relationships with external tax advisors across jurisdictions.
Support M&A, restructuring, and strategic projects from a tax perspective.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related discipline professional qualifications (CPA, CTA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
5-8+ years of experience in international tax, ideally from a Big 4 firm and/or in-house multinational environment.
Experience in gaming, digital, technology, or internet-based businesses is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of international corporate tax, transfer pricing, and cross-border tax issues.
Familiarity with digital business models, IP structures, and revenue streams.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities across regions.
