International Property Specialist (HappyAmbassadors)

INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY SPECIALIST (HAPPYAMBASSADOR) - SINGAPORE

The Happy Ambassadors will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with partners and brokers to promote and sell Hotel101 properties globally. He or she will help develop and train new partners/brokers and identify potential investors to ensure effective sales outcomes and closings. This role will report directly to the assigned Hotel101 Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to exceed business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and qualify potential clients through direct, lead generation, networking, roadshows, referrals and other mediums
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand clients real estate and investment needs
• Present to clients the benefits, features and investment strategies buying into Hotel101 properties
• Stay abreast of upcoming developments of Hotel101 for future investment opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential buyers
• Support in realizing marketing plans and budgets
• Set individual goals and objectives, manage sales quotas
• Handling day to day sales related operations as well as providing support

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in sales is preferred but fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
• Fluency in English. Additional languages will be a plus.
• Exceptional communication and marketing skills
• Proven track record in building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Experience in Real Estate and Financial Institutions and is a plus
