Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support international product growth initiatives.
- You will analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to help shape product strategies across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze product performance metrics and track the success of growth initiatives.
- Develop insights from complex datasets to inform product strategy and investment decisions.
- Design and execute experiments (A/B tests) and perform statistical analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and other analysts to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools.
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical analysis.
- Solid understanding of product analytics and growth strategies.
- Ability to work independently on open-ended problems and communicate findings clearly.
- Awareness of international markets and regional user behavior is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in data or product analytics, or 2+ years with a relevant Master's degree.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multi-timezone collaboration.
