Job Summary:

As an Engage Investment Specialist, you are responsible in helping the Bankers win new clients and strengthen existing client relationships through advisement on investment solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plays a leading role in the advisory investment dialogue with clients
• Work within a broad team of Global Investors and Bankers to manage advisory client portfolios

• Advises clients on holistic asset allocation, portfolio construction and tactical asset allocation shifts within their advisory relationship

• Execute investment solutions across asset classes in client accounts in accordance with client plans and instructions. Such solutions may include: Investment Management, Mutual Funds, Evergreen Alternatives, as well as execution of more traditional brokerage transactions.

• Conducts investment reviews with clients to validate the clients current investment objectives and proactively prepare recommendations in line with the advisory platform framework
• Deepens client relationships by building a strong advice driven dialogue to introduce the appropriate solutions to our clients that meet their needs and objective
• Properly and timely addresses and manages any internal controls (pre and post trade) related to the advisory framework
• Understands JPMorgan platform, solutions, investment philosophy

Required Qualifications:

Having a proven track record of building trust with Clients and effectively managing relationships, both externally and internally, will be vital to this role. Possessing a collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a team, as well as valuing the innovation and creativity that diversity of thought brings, is essential.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline
• Minimum 7 years experience in a similar investment advisory at a private bank covering UHNW clients, and wealth management and strong stakeholder management experience, are required.

• Strong knowledge of investment products with the ability to extend beyond a single product to a multi-product focus

• Asset allocation / multi asset class portfolio or sales experience is preferable

• Understand and have working knowledge of the private banking key regulatory and control environments that are relevant to the team and be able to manage the accounts accordingly.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills and must be a team player and able to work with different business functions across the bank.
• Operate with a high level of integrity and risk awareness.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required as this role will be covering clients from China

Preferred Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

• Appropriate local regulatory qualification and licenses preferred. However, if you do not possess an existing Representatives Notification Framework (RNF) Register in Singapore, you will be required to sit for Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) Paper 1 & 2, in order to get registered as a Representative with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) for the private banking industry.
