A leading international logistics company based in Singapore is seeking an International Express Sales Assistant Manager to support the growth of its rapidly expanding cross-border parcel delivery business.

This role involves developing logistics solutions, managing project implementation, coordinating with overseas offices, and driving business growth through strategic customer engagement. Reporting directly to the business leader, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and expanding the business.

• Propose international express and cross-border logistics solutions to e-commerce companies and prospective customers

• Analyze customers logistics challenges and develop optimized transportation and fulfillment solutions

• Support project implementation and operational setup for newly acquired business accounts

• Work closely with operational teams to identify and resolve logistics and service-related issues

• Coordinate and negotiate directly with Japan and Yamato Group companies

• Drive continuous improvements in transportation quality and logistics processes

• Monitor project profitability and manage P&L performance for assigned accounts

• Promote digital logistics solutions through API integration and AI-enabled tools

• Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities

• Participate in business expansion initiatives, sales strategy development, and process improvement projects

• JLPT N2 level or equivalent Japanese language proficiency

• Strong computer literacy, including Excel, data analysis, and Power Query

• Interest in utilizing AI tools and digital solutions to improve business processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Monthly salary: S$4,000 - S$6,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
