International Channel Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage advertising campaigns for the company's self-developed overseas non-gaming products, developing strategies across different products and media to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze channel and ad creative effectiveness, and continuously optimize strategies to improve retention and ROI.
  • Collaborate with product and R&D teams to drive advertising optimization and iterate strategies for better campaign outcomes.
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with media partners and clients to ensure campaign success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above majors in Marketing, Advertising, Applied Mathematics, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, familiar with RTB advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok) experience managing a team is a plus.
  • Knowledge of overseas user acquisition strategies, including viral/fission marketing and influencer marketing.
  • Strong project-level thinking, global perspective, excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and stress-management skills.
  • Highly innovative, responsible, and eager to learn, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
