International Business Development & Sales

Responsibilities

- Identify and explore new business opportunities in the European, American, and Middle Eastern markets, building and maintaining a strong client base.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

- Collaborate closely with the headquarters in China and the Singapore team to ensure seamless communication and alignment of business goals.

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

- Must be a Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident.

- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.

- Proficiency in Mandarin for normal communication and collaboration with Chinese colleagues.

- Previous experience in international trade, preferably in the hair products industry or related fields.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients.

- Self - motivated, results - oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
