International Business Development Intern

The Business Development Intern will support the company in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing partner relationships. You will play a key role in the early stages of the sales funnel, ensuring a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

1) Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market 

2) Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential B2B clients or strategic partners through LinkedIn, industry directories, and networking events.

3) Outreach & Engagement: Assist in drafting personalized cold emails, making follow-up calls, and scheduling meetings with prospective partners for Director of Singapore Market to attend

4) Sales Collateral: Support the creation of high-impact pitch decks, proposals or communication materials.

5) Events & Miscellaneous Operations Support: Assist in the company's events or other miscellaneous Real Estate operations matters if required by the supervising officer

Requirements & Qualifications

1) Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Real Estate or any relevant fields.

2) Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills. Proficient in a second language will be a plus, but not required.

3)Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Canva, Google Drive and familiarity with social media platforms for business, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok.

4)Commitment: Ability to commit to a full-time or part-time internship for at least 4 to 6 months (can be part-time internship from Aug onwards)

5) Must not require sponsorship for working in Singapore, so usually, this means only Singaporeans or Permanent Residents (PRs) will be considered. Foreigners will be rejected because we will need to apply for sponsorship to get the relevant work pass

Benefits:

1) Monthly Allowance: Generally ranges from S$700 to S$1,000 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant experience and availability.

2) Flexible work-from-home schedule, work at your own pace and schedule, with some on-site Operations work occasionally as assigned by the supervising officer.
