We're now seeking a strategic and ambitious International Brand Manager (Junior/Mid-level) to lead Alpecin across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asiasupporting both core growth markets and emerging opportunities across the region. You'll be the driving force behind Alpecin's next chapter, expanding reach and relevance while preserving the brand's legacy of science, performance, and credibility.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Alpecin's brand strategy across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asiatranslating global objectives into market-specific roadmaps that build both awareness and long-term brand equity.
  • Lead campaign localisation and developmentworking with creative and media partners to adapt global assets, create culturally relevant content, and ensure fit-for-channel execution across TV, digital, social, influencer, and other key media platforms.
  • Lead consumer understanding effortsidentify behavioural drivers, grooming concerns, and media habits across key markets, with a focus on uncovering shared insights that enable regional campaign relevance and efficiency.
  • Steer integrated marketing plansdevelop full-funnel activation strategies that drive awareness, education, and sales uplift, ensuring campaigns are consistent with Alpecin's positioning and resonate across diverse media environments.
  • Manage brand budgets and media planningdevelop and monitor annual brand budgets by market, ensuring effective investment allocation and maintaining agreed media ratios to drive campaign impact and brand growth.
  • Safeguard brand communication and regulatory complianceensure all brand materials meet local regulatory standards and align with Alpecin's scientific claims, brand tone, and visual identity across all markets and channels.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal cross-functional teamslead day-to-day coordination across creative and media partners, while working closely with Sales, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand alignment in every market.
  • Scope and ownership will be calibrated based on seniority, with appropriate guidance and support provided for Junior-level appointments.

What You Bring

  • An ambitious brand marketer with 2-5 years of experience in FMCG or healthcare, ready to step into a role with regional impact and strategic ownership.
  • Candidates with fewer years of relevant experience may be considered for a Junior Brand Manager role
  • A sharp, insight-led thinker with a track record of turning consumer understanding into standout, relevant campaigns.
  • Strong experience in marketing communications, media planning, and content development, with a keen eye for detail and creative quality.
  • A confident communicator who thrives in multicultural environments and understands how to localise messaging without losing brand consistency.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Willing and able to travel internationally as needed.
