Responsible as Sales Representative to propose company's products, services & solutions to the internal clients (Samsung Group) in South East Asia region and to maintain &strengthen the relationship
Find sales leads& biz opportunities by coordinating with delivery(technical) teams
Process end-to-end sales activities such as proposal, quotation, negotiation, contract and overall project management
Coordinate and liaise with internal departments (delivery teams, procurement, operations, finance, legal, etc) and headquarters to accelerate sales to achieve set KPIs
Resolve issues and provide seamless customer experience on perspective of sales cycle
Track and report monthly sales/ revenue figures through regular meetings with management and department team leaders
Assist in market research and proposals for potential business opportunities, when needed
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales & Business Development in IT industry, especially in IT Infrastructure (Digital Marketing, RPA, ERP, and MSP)
Basic knowledge in IT technology (Digital Marketing, RPA, ERP, and MSP)
Possess analytical skills and good in numbers
Prior experience in contract management preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Excel
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and a team-player
Able to work efficiently and multi-task with minimum supervision
