Job Summary
You will lead the establishment and continuous optimization of internal control systems, identify and mitigate risks, and support key corporate projects by collaborating across departments and reporting directly to the CEO/COO.
Responsibilities
- Establish, improve, and continuously optimize the company's internal control system and related processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
- Identify and assess operational, financial, and compliance risks, develop actionable improvement measures, and monitor their implementation to mitigate risks effectively
- Conduct regular internal control testing and process reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
- Assist in driving key corporate projects by participating in project planning, tracking key outcomes, and ensuring timely execution closure
- Collaborate across departments to coordinate project activities and communicate progress directly to the CEO/COO
- Maintain professionalism and efficiency while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced international environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in internal control, auditing, risk management, or management consulting
- Background in Big Four auditing, finance, internet, technology, or consulting industries is preferred
- Strong logical thinking, analytical judgment, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through effective risk assessments and control improvements
- Proactive communication and coordination skills to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and project execution
- Strong learning ability, self-drive, and potential for management roles
- Fluent spoken English to ensure clear communication in a diverse workplace
