Internal Communications Associate (APAC) - 12 Months Contract

About the Opportunity
Join our client and play an exciting role in shaping how employee benefits are communicated across the Asia Pacific region.

As a Internal Communications Associate, you'll combine your creativity, project coordination, and communication skills to deliver engaging employee experiences. Working closely with the APAC Compensation & Benefits team, you'll create impactful content, support regional initiatives, and help bring employee benefits to life through modern digital communications.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Communications & Content Creation
  • Create engaging communication materials including:
    • Videos, reels and visual explainers
    • EDMs and newsletters
    • Intranet articles and SharePoint content
    • Brochures, guides and campaign materials
  • Translate complex HR and benefits information into simple, engaging content.
  • Design high-quality communication materials using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
  • Develop AI-enabled communication approaches to improve scalability and employee engagement.
Project Coordination & Benefits Operations
  • Support the execution of regional APAC benefits initiatives and projects.
  • Coordinate benefits campaigns, employee engagement activities and communications.
  • Maintain documentation, trackers and project timelines.
  • Assist with benchmarking, reporting and program analysis.
  • Support ongoing process improvements across the Benefits function.
Stakeholder Management
  • Partner closely with Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations and HR Business Partners.
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders across APAC.
  • Gather employee feedback and recommend communication improvements.
  • Support meetings, workshops and employee engagement initiatives.
Content & Platform Management
  • Maintain and update SharePoint, intranet and internal communication platforms.
  • Ensure all published content is accurate, engaging and up to date.
  • Improve accessibility and organisation of employee resources.
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
    • Project Coordination
    • Communications
    • Marketing
    • Content Creation
    • HR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating engaging digital content.
  • Hands-on experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other design/video editing tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and content creation.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn.
