Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex operational audits across regions and business units.
- Present findings and recommendations confidently to senior management and global stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor audit team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Engage with cross-functional teams internationally, navigating ambiguity and challenging the status quo to drive improvements.
- Contribute to strengthening governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, including Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption and SOX-related initiatives.
- Travel approximately 30-40% internationally, depending on project requirements.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of relevant Internal Audit experience, with strong exposure to Operations Audit in the commercial sector.
- Proven regional/global audit experience within large multinational corporations, with exposure to manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior management on complex audit topics.
- Solid team management experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
